AHMS provides digital services including online management tools, software access,
training modules, subscriptions, and informational resources related to animal husbandry.
Due to the digital nature of our services, returns are generally not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Payment successfully completed but service not activated
- Technical error from AHMS or payment gateway resulting in failed service delivery
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Once the service or subscription has been activated
- Incorrect information provided by the user during payment
- Partial use of any service
- Issues related to user device, internet, or third-party applications

- Reason for refund request

to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed only before the service is activated, wherever applicable.
Once the service has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
